8 Gourd Rack System

Our Gourd Rack Assembly System is designed
with flexibility & convenience in mind!

The Two-Level system comes with all the necessary components (shown above) to hold sixteen gourds - eight on each level. The One-Level system will hold eight gourds. Either system may be shipped via United Parcel Service.

The system is designed to fit a two inch water pipe or our recommended two inch EMT conduit pole. To save you excess shipping charges, the pole is not supplied with the system. However, it may be purchased from your local hardware or electrical supply dealer.

Other Features Include:

HEAVY DUTY RACK HUB - Made of high-impact reinforced injection molded resin with UV inhibitor added for durability.

RACK ARMS - 30 Inch Zinc Coated steel tubing arms (included) are clamped securely in the Rack Hub Assembly.

PULLEY ASSEMBLY - UV inhibited reinforced resin pulley with braided poly rope. Large Diameter pulley sheave conveniently raise or lower the rack with minimal effort.

HANGER CLAMPS - Injection molded reinforced resin with single screw adjustable clamping action. Plated Brass Hanger Rings hold the gourds safely in place. Eight clamps and rings are supplied for each rack level.

SPACERS & TIE RODS - Zinc plated steel tubing spacers with zinc plated all-thread tie rods align and space the adjacent levels.

SWAGE SPLICE - A splice section (provided) connect two sections of the recommended 2" EMT pole.

HARDWARE - Stainless Steel hardware is supplied (except as noted above) for assembly of the Gourd Rack System.
