Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Most items are shipped within 24 hours and will arrive within 7-14 business days. Some of our items are handmade artisan products, shipped directly from the artist, and may take slightly longer. We will notify you of any shipping delays. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped in the same package.

We ship to all 50 fifty US states. Additional charges apply for Alaska and Hawaii, contact us for rates.

International Orders

Orders from outside the United States are subject to extra shipping and handling fees. Contact Customer Service at (972) 542-9709 for applicable rates or email your order to customercare@turninglife.com. Duties and value-added taxes may be required and are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to give exact delivery arrival times due to the many variables involved in overseas shipping. All international orders must be paid using a credit card. Checks and money orders are not accepted.

Returns

You are assured complete satisfaction with your Turning Life order or we will refund the amount of your purchase

If for any reason you're not entirely pleased, simply return the unused item within 30 days for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price. A return Authorization number is required for all returns.

* There is a 20% restocking fee for each returned item.
   Shipping charges will not be refunded.
 

Please follow these simple steps:

Please contact us at (972) 542-9709. You will be provided with a RMA number by our staff. This number must be clearly written on the outside of the return shipping carton. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, nor will credit be issued.

Returned items must be packed securely in the original packaging and in unused condition, showing no signs of use or wear. Please note that any item received damaged or not resalable as new, will not be credited.

We will not accept COD deliveries. All Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, this includes original shipping, returns and exchanges.

For your protection, ship the package insured and prepaid via U.S. Mail or UPS. Save your shipping receipt until you receive your refund or replacement. This protects you in case the shipment is damaged or lost in transit. This will also allow you to track your return shipment easily through that carrier. We cannot assume responsibility for misdirected, damaged, or lost shipments.

Credits to a credit card will be immediately applied upon processing, but may not appear on your statement for one to two billing cycles. If you paid by check, a refund check will be mailed to you. If you request an exchange, we will only send you the exchange when we receive the returned products. Actual shipping charges will apply for this exchange.

Breakage/Damage:

All items have been carefully inspected and packaged prior to being shipped. Any breakage and damage must be reported to Turning Life within within 10 days. All original packaging materials and paperwork must be readily available to process a claim.

Texas Sales Tax:

Sales tax is only applied to orders being shipped to Texas, but not to any other U.S. state or the rest of the world.
