Wild Republic Audubon Birds - Atlantic Puffin

Atlantic Puffins spend eight months of the year floating on the North Atlantic. During summer, they live in/occupy remote nesting islands on both sides of the Atlantic. In North America, they nest from Maine to Newfoundland. Puffins can dive to 200 feet, dig burrows eight feet deep, and live 30 years or more. Wild Republic has partnered with Audubon to create this line of genuine plush birds. Each bird's lifelike design and detailing is the result of input from Audubon. In addition, the authentic sound in each bird has been provided by the Cornell Lab of Ornithology and represents hours, months and even years of extensive fieldwork conducted by expert recordists. These birds are ideal for collecting by both children and adults.
